Drew Madison Haynie was born on Aug. 9th, 2002. Her mommy, Jessica, held Drew and also visited the nursery before being going into the ICU. Drew's grandparents took her home on Aug. 12th. She appeared healthy until she began burning up with fever 4 days later, and was brought back to the hospital. On her 10th day, Aug. 19th, Drew's life support was removed. 12 friends and family members held hands, sang songs and prayed for her during her final minutes. It was only after her autopsy that we learned she died from herpes. Jessica then passed 6 days after Drew on Aug. 25th, also from herpes.

Drew brought an abundance of love to Jess and everyone who knew her. It is amazing the impact one life can have in such a short time. Drew's life was pure love.
